One of the unique capabilities inside of GroundAware is our ability to classify potential targets among aircrafts, vehicles, people, animals, and drones. Using our classifier and zone-drawing capabilities, users are able to customize alarms and triggers to reduce the number of nuisance alarms in their system.

In the GroundAware interface, alarm zones allow you to not only customize the type of targets that trigger alarms in the system, you can also customize the alarms based on the direction in which the target is traveling, as well as what type of alert you want the system to trigger. For example, you can tell a custom alarm zone to only trigger an audible alert if a person is traveling toward your fence line.

Check out our video below to see how to draw an alarm zone and select the customizable features:

Don’t want to use the GroundAware interface and instead send the GroundAware data to your own VMS or PSIM? We can do that, too.
